Self-Care Coaching

For me, the best thing I can do is to set myself up to receive God’s love for me. Self-care is a spiritual practice that removes barriers to our ability to accept, receive and give back love.

“Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind, and your neighbor as yourself.” Luke 10:27

So often we read the passage above and completely ignore the phrase “as yourself.” Most of us have not been taught to love ourselves or how to love ourselves.

My goal is to help you learn how to nourish your body, soul, mind, and spirit so that you can be the person you want to be—for yourself, God, and others. The more I work with individuals, the more I’m convinced of Parker Palmer’s words, “Self-care is never a selfish act—it is simply good stewardship of the only gift I have, the gift I was put on earth to offer to others.”
